By default, a booking’s calendar event is named after the form. With Pro you can set your own title using merge tags, so each event reads the way you want, for example with the customer’s name and the service. This is a DrezSync Pro feature.
Set a custom title
- Edit your DrezSync Booking field.
- In the Event title box, type your title. Use the merge tag button next to the box to insert values from the form, such as the Name field.
- For example, a title of Massage for {Name} produces an event called Massage for Jane Doe.
Leave the box blank to use the form name, which is the default.
How it appears
- The title shows on your calendar event and in the invite the customer receives.
- Dates and times chosen in a booking field read as friendly text in the title, for example August 25 to August 28, 2026 for a stay, not a raw value.
- For a date-range booking with no custom title, the stay dates are added to the title automatically so you can see the span at a glance.
Add the customer as a guest
On the same field you can set Invite the customer to Yes. DrezSync adds the person who books as a guest on the event, using the first email field on the form, so Google sends them a calendar invite.
