Self-managed hosting suits freelancers, developers, agencies, and owners who are comfortable in cPanel and want to keep costs down. You are hands-on with your own site, and you want the tools without paying for us to run it.
What you control
You get your own cPanel account, so you manage your files, databases, email, SSL, and PHP version yourself. Full access, on your schedule.
The infrastructure under it
Your hosting is built by us on Amazon Web Services, and we keep the environment current on cPanel and a recent PHP version. We patch the servers at the system level for security, so the ground under your site stays maintained even though the site itself is yours to run.
The honest tradeoff
Self-managed costs less because the day-to-day upkeep is yours: updates, backups, and fixes.
If you would rather not carry that, our Managed Hosting plan does it for you. Pick the one that fits how involved you want to be.
