Slotsync connects your website to your own Google account and calendar. Most questions come down to settings on your side: your Google project, your hosting, or other plugins, which we cannot see or control from here. Because of that, hands-on help is a paid service, and the free version is supported through this documentation. Here is how to get what you need.
The free version is self-service
The guides cover setup and the common questions, and working through them solves most issues:
- How to connect Google Calendar to Slotsync
- Your first booking form
We are a small team, so we do not provide one-on-one support for the free version. This is not us being unhelpful. Diagnosing a single site takes real time, and we keep the plugin free by putting that time into clear documentation instead.
Check these first
Most problems are one of the following, and confirming them resolves the large majority of cases:
- Your Google app is Published (In production), not Testing. Testing expires the connection after 7 days.
- The redirect URL in Google matches the one on the Slotsync settings screen exactly, including https and with no trailing slash.
- You pasted the full credentials JSON, not part of it.
- Gravity Forms is installed, active, and licensed.
- Your site runs PHP 7.4 or newer.
Paid support, when you want a person
We want you to get up and running, so here are the ways to get hands-on help.
- Slotsync Pro subscription. Priority email support is included. If you are on Pro, email support@allydrez.com and we will help guide you in the right direction.
- Done-for-you setup. We can connect Google Calendar to your site for you, flat $149. Email sales@allydrez.com to book it.
- Project help. If you want hands-on help with a larger project, email sales@allydrez.com for a quote.
- Troubleshooting. If you are stuck and need help finding a problem, we can try to figure it out for a flat $95 per issue, paid upfront. If it turns out to be outside Slotsync, such as your hosting, theme, or another plugin, that answer is still the result. Email support@allydrez.com to start.
What paid support covers
- Setting up and troubleshooting the Google connection
- Configuring the Slotsync booking field and its rules
- Diagnosing how Slotsync behaves on your site
What paid support does not cover
- Problems with your hosting, other plugins, or your theme
- Building or designing custom forms, which is available as separate work, quoted per project
- Google Workspace administration or account issues
- Custom development or integrations
For anything outside the covered list, we can quote it as a separate project.
