Once Google Calendar is connected, you can turn any Gravity Form into a booking form by adding a single field.
Step 1: Add the DrezSync Booking field
- Open a form in the Gravity Forms editor, or create a new one.
- In the field list, under Advanced Fields, find DrezSync Booking and drag it onto the form.
That one field handles the date picker and the times. You do not need separate date and time fields, and you never type out time slots by hand.
Step 2: Set your availability
Select the field to open its settings, then set your rules:
- Open days: the days you take bookings.
- Hours: when your day starts and ends.
- Slot length: 15, 20, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Google Calendar ID: paste the Calendar ID you copied while connecting Google.
Step 3: Match your timezone
This step prevents a common headache. Your WordPress timezone and your Google Calendar timezone must be the same, or booked times will line up against the wrong slots.
- In WordPress, go to Settings, General, Timezone. Set it to your city, not a UTC offset, so daylight saving stays correct.
- In Google Calendar, open that calendar’s settings and confirm its timezone matches.
The field settings show your detected timezone under Hours, so you can check it at a glance.
Step 4: See it work
Preview the form and pick a date. DrezSync checks your Google Calendar and shows only the times that are open, hiding anything already booked. Choose a time and submit.
What your customer sees
- A clean list of open times for the day they pick
- Only times that are actually free, with booked ones hidden
