By default a time slot closes the moment it is booked once. Slot capacity lets a slot take more than one booking, up to a limit you set, which suits classes, tours, tastings, and any group session. This is a DrezSync Pro feature.
Set it up
- Edit your DrezSync Booking field.
- Set Capacity per slot to the number of bookings one time can hold, for example 8 for a class.
- Save.
How it behaves
- A slot stays open until it reaches its capacity. With a capacity of 8, the 10:00 slot keeps taking bookings until 8 people have booked it, then it closes.
- Each booking still writes its own event to your calendar, so a full slot shows as several events at that time.
- The submit re-check honors capacity too, so the ninth person cannot slip in after the slot is full.
Tip
Capacity also applies to date-range bookings. If you have several identical units sharing one calendar, set the capacity to the number of units so that many stays can overlap before the dates close.
