How to View and Pay an Invoice

Need to look at an invoice, grab a copy for your records, or just get the thing paid? For your ongoing services, all of it happens right in your client portal, and none of it takes long. Here is the walkthrough.

Step 1: Log In

  1. Go to store.allydrez.com and log in with your email and password.

Step 2: Open Your Invoices

  1. In the top menu, click Billing.
  2. Select My Invoices. You will see a list of paid, unpaid, and any overdue invoices.

Step 3: View or Download an Invoice

  1. Click the invoice you want to review.
  2. To save a copy, click Download PDF.

Step 4: Pay an Unpaid Invoice

  1. Open the unpaid invoice and click Pay Now.
  2. Choose the card already on file, or enter a new card in the secure form.
  3. Confirm the payment. You will see the invoice marked as Paid and receive a receipt by email.

Note: Have a card set as your default? Most invoices are charged automatically on their due date, so more often than not you can sit back and do nothing at all. See “Understanding Renewals and Automatic Payments” for the full story.

What About Project Invoices?

Your client portal handles the invoices for your ongoing services, like hosting, domains, and subscriptions. Project work, such as website design, graphic design, and marketing, is billed separately through QuickBooks. For those, we send you an email with a secure payment link. Just click the link and pay right there. QuickBooks then marks the invoice paid and emails you a receipt, so you have your paid-in-full record for that project. No portal login needed for those.
