How to Request a Website Hosting Cancellation

Sorry to see you thinking about it, but we will always make it easy. If you need to cancel a website hosting service, you can send the request right from your client portal. That is what lets our team know when to stop billing and wind the service down.

Step 1: Open Your Services

  1. Log in at store.allydrez.com.
  2. In the top menu, click Services, then My Services.

Step 2: Select the Hosting Service

  1. Click the website hosting service you wish to cancel to open its details.

Step 3: Request Cancellation

  1. In the Actions area (or Management Actions menu), click Request Cancellation.
  2. Choose your cancellation type: Immediate, or End of Billing Period to keep the service until the current term ends.
  3. Add a brief reason if prompted, then click Request Cancellation.

Note: We recommend End of Billing Period in most cases so your website stays online through the time you have already paid for.

What About Domains?

This process is just for website hosting. Domains play by different rules: a domain simply expires on its own if it is not renewed, so there is no cancellation request to fill out. If you want us to let a domain lapse, or you are not sure what to do with one, just reach out and we will sort it with you.

Important: Please review our hosting agreement before cancelling, and back up any files or content you wish to keep. Once a hosting service ends, its data may be removed.
