You can put extra information, like parking notes, entry codes, or a cancellation policy, onto the calendar event and the guest’s invite.
Everything on the form flows into the description
The event description already includes every field on the form, so the invite carries all of it. That gives you two easy ways to add details.
Option 1: a Hidden field for standing text
Add a Hidden field to the form and give it the text you want, for example a field labeled Parking set to Use the rear lot, spot 4. Because hidden fields are included in the description, it shows up on every event and invite without the customer ever seeing a form field.
Option 2: a normal field for customer input
If you want the customer to provide the detail, use a normal field, such as a Notes or Number of guests field. Whatever they enter lands in the description too.
For check-in and check-out times specifically
Date-range fields have dedicated Check-in time and Check-out time settings, which is the cleanest way to show your standard times. See Setting Check-In and Check-Out Times on a Rental.
