How to Log In and Reset Your Password

Passwords have a way of vanishing the moment you need them. Yours lives at store.allydrez.com and is tied to your Ally Drez account email. If it has slipped your mind, take a breath. You can reset it yourself in about a minute, no phone call required.

Logging In

  1. Go to store.allydrez.com.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter the email address on your account and submit.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email from us and click the link inside.
  4. Choose a new, strong password and save it.

Note: The reset link only works for a short while, so use it while it is fresh. If it expires, just ask for another. And if the email is playing hard to get, check your spam folder before you give up on us.

Changing Your Password While Logged In

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Change Password (or Security Settings).
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and save.
