Every Ally Drez client gets their own client portal, and it is a handy little corner of the internet to have. It is where you pay invoices, keep your billing details current, check on the services we host for you, and reach us when you need a hand. Consider this your quick tour before you start clicking around.
Where to Log In
Your portal lives at store.allydrez.com. Log in with the email address and password tied to your account. Never set a password, or drew a total blank on it? The “Forgot Password” link on the login page has your back.
What You Can Manage Here
- Website hosting – view your managed, self-managed, or dedicated hosting services and their renewal dates.
- Domains – review domains registered through us and their expiration dates.
- Other add-ons – see any additional subscriptions on your account.
- Invoices and payments – view, download, and pay invoices, and keep a card on file.
- Account details – update your contact information and billing email.
- Support – open a ticket and track our replies in one thread.
A note on project work: website design, graphic design, and marketing projects are handled hand-in-hand with our team, and invoices for that work are sent separately through QuickBooks, not your client portal. Your portal covers your ongoing services like hosting, domains, and subscriptions.
The Main Menus
Two menus do most of the heavy lifting. Billing holds My Invoices and Payment Methods. Services lists the products we host for you. And your name in the top-right corner is the door to your account details and password settings.
