This Domain Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Ally Drez, L.L.C., doing business as Ally Drez Web & IT Services (“Ally Drez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the customer (“you” or “your”). By purchasing or renewing a domain name through Ally Drez, you agree to the terms below.
1. Reseller Relationship
Ally Drez is a reselling agent through API and is not a domain registrar. We register and manage domains on your behalf through Namecheap, the registrar we currently use. Your domain registration is governed by Namecheap’s Registration Agreement, which you should read carefully, and by the policies of ICANN and the applicable domain registry. You may review and download the Namecheap Registration Agreement at any time. We are not accredited by ICANN and do not represent ourselves as an ICANN-accredited registrar.

Your rights and responsibilities as a domain registrant (ICANN): https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/benefits-2013-09-16-en
Because Namecheap is the registrar, you may receive emails directly from Namecheap about your domain, such as ICANN contact-verification requests, renewal reminders, and transfer notices, even though you manage your domains inside your Ally Drez Client Portal. These messages are legitimate. When one asks you to verify your contact details, please act on it, since ICANN can suspend a domain if a verification request goes unanswered.
2. Domain Ownership and Management
You are the beneficial owner of any domain you purchase through us. Because we register domains through our Namecheap reseller account, we hold and manage the domain on your behalf, and we will act on your reasonable instructions regarding it.
3. Fees
You are responsible for paying Ally Drez for all fees related to your domain, including registration, renewal, and any restoration fee brought on by a Redemption Grace Period (“RGP”) if a domain is restored after it expires. Domain prices are set by the registry and registrar and can change. Renewal prices may differ from the original registration price, and we will bill the price in effect at the time of registration or renewal.

4. Accurate Contact Information
You must provide accurate registration contact information, including technical, administrative, and billing details, and keep it current. ICANN rules require registrants to maintain accurate WHOIS and RDAP information and to respond to registrar inquiries within fifteen (15) days. Inaccurate or outdated information, or a failure to respond, can lead to suspension or cancellation of the domain under ICANN policy.
5. Renewal and Expiration
Domains are registered for a fixed term. If you have automatic renewal enabled, you must keep your payment information current. If a domain is not renewed and paid on time, it will expire and follow the registry’s timeline: a renewal grace period, then a Redemption Grace Period during which restoration is possible only by paying the RGP restoration fee, and finally deletion, after which the domain may become available to the public. We are not responsible for a domain that expires due to non-payment.
6. Transfers
You have the right to transfer your domain to another registrar or reseller. On your request, or upon cancellation, we will provide the authorization (EPP) code needed to transfer the domain, subject to ICANN rules. Under those rules, a domain generally cannot be transferred within sixty (60) days of its initial registration or of a prior transfer.
7. Late Payment
All customers are responsible for paying on time. Domain fees are billed according to the dates the domain was initially registered or last renewed. If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, a five (5) day grace period applies. If payment is not made within that grace period, we are not obligated to register or renew the domain, and any affected domain will follow the registry’s expiration and deletion timeline described in Section 5. A prior written agreement between Ally Drez and the customer may modify this.
8. Termination and Cancellation
To cancel, you must cancel the subscription with your payment processor and in the Client Area on the Ally Drez website.
Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable, whether prorated or in full. Ally Drez registers domains through Namecheap, and Namecheap does not refund domain fees to us. For that reason, no refund is available once a domain is registered or renewed, even if the domain is later cancelled or transferred before the end of its term. Cancelling stops future automatic renewal. It does not refund the current registration, and you remain free to transfer the domain to another registrar.
9. Order of Precedence
If anything in this Agreement conflicts with Namecheap’s Registration Agreement or with ICANN or registry policy, those terms control the domain registration itself.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
